CHALLENGE
This web-based software helps pharmaceutical companies meet regulatory compliancy laws. It was originally developer / IT designed several years, and competitors with a better designed and more contemporary UX were beginning to make inroads. I was brought in to lead the full user experience overhaul of this product.
SOLUTION
I led the redesign of this enterprise software through all stages of the User Experience process. The key goal was a more focused and simplified UX, with key deliverables including:

I led client workshops identifying all of their products users, tasks and user journeys. Understanding the user is a critical first steps to overhauling the UX.
One of 10 user personas developed after our Audience Analysis workshops.
Businesses committed to a socially responsible and brighter future are brought into the Chase Brighter Network.
Consumers are rewarded for shopping at these businesses with low interest rates and double/triple reward points.
USABILITY / HEURISTIC ANALYSIS
I analyzed their current software to identify usability problem areas, and created a report outlining problems and solutions.
IA, SKETCHES & WIREFRAMES
Starting off with sketches and lo-fidelity wires, I was able to recommend a re-design direction. With consensus reached, I proceeded to create a set of 50+ wireframes describing the products new UX / UI.
VISUAL DESIGN
The app is white-labeled, so the visual design needed to accommodate individual brand color schemes, but still look fresh and consistent.
INTERACTION GUIDELINES
Interaction guidelines and states for UI elements were created for the developers.
