The website JPMorgan.com had not been updated since 2008, and was in need of a new look and feel. A full overhaul was not an option, so we redesigned the site by building on top of the existing desktop and mobile architecture and content.
Our new design established clear messaging priorities on the homepage by introducing a hero area, increased real estate for cross sell promotions, and de-cluttering of primary and utility navigation areas. The design also clarified user paths through redesigned mega-menus and client log on. Key deliverables included:

• Style / implementation guidelines for desktop and mobile.
