CHALLENGE
www.lightninglabels.com is one in a portfolio of printing websites owned by a major global printing company. This eCommerce site specializes in label printing for wine, food, and bath + body products. 

SOLUTION
Working closely with the Magento developer toward the goal of building a responsive MVP for both desktop and mobile, my key UX deliverables included:
• Discovery + Research
• Wireframing
• Siteflows
• Prototype.

UX DISCOVERY & RECOMMENDATIONS

I initially spent time understanding the current sites users, requirements, purchase funnels, tasks, and current sitemap. I also worked with the Magento Developers to understand the out-of-the-box platform considerations to be used, compiling our findings into a Discovery report.
