CHALLENGE
Quartz and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise were launching a branded chatbot that delivered technology news.

The internal team at HPE needed an intuitive way to create content and analyze performance data. We were tasked with designing the CMS that powered the chatbot. What does a chatbot CMS even look like?

CHATBOT CONVERSATION 
BUILDER

To create chatbot conversations, the user goes through a three step process.

STEP 1:
Add basic details.

STEP 2:
Build the conversation via drag-and-drop media blocks.

STEP 3:
Publish.

ANALYTICS

Once published, the user is able to access detailed analytics,  and dig deeper into the data to identify trends... even to the per conversation level.
